Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Human Capital Services Specialist to support payroll, benefits, and HR operations in a hybrid Novaliches, Quezon City setting. You will ensure accurate data entry in Oracle, handle benefits questions, and backstop recruitment initiatives as needed.

You will collaborate with People and Culture teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and following regulatory requirements to ensure seamless payroll and benefits processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years handling Philippine statutory remittances.
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reconciliations.
• Payroll, Rewards Administration, or HR Shared Services experience.
• Employee escalation and government agency coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support People and Culture and talent acquisition teams with program implementation and employee records in Oracle.
• Answer benefit questions and assist employees with enrollment and participation in benefits programs.
• Report to the Senior Team Lead, Human Capital Services.
• Provide backup support for recruitment initiatives and stakeholder inquiries.
