Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is hiring a Human Capital Services Coordinator to work in a hybrid role based in Novaliches, Quezon City. You will contribute to statutory remittance operations, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance while engaging with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Legal.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Human Capital Services, you will handle SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG reconciliations, data balancing, and performance improvements using advanced Excel tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Philippine statutory remittances (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG).
• Ability to monitor compliance and govern remittance processes.
• Proficient in Excel-based data reconciliation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end statutory remittance processing and validation.
• Prepare remittance submissions and reconcile balances.
• Provide regulatory compliance monitoring and audit support.
• Coordinate with government agencies and internal teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and support process improvements.

What You’ll Do

A subject matter expert in Philippine statutory compliance and government remittance operations with strong expertise in SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG administration, reconciliation, compliance control, and stakeholder management.

You’ll report to the Team Lead, Human Capital Services.

• SSS contributions, loans, PRN and reconciliation

• Pag-IBIG contributions, MPL, MP2 programs

• End-to-end statutory remittance processing

• Retroactive adjustments management
• Outstanding balances resolution
• Overpayment and underpayment analysis

Reconciliation & Analytics

• Advanced Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Data reconciliation and balancing
• Exception management and root-cause analysis
• Audit trail maintenance
• Variance reporting and dashboarding

Regulatory & Compliance

• Audit support
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Compliance reporting
• Monitoring circulars and policy updates

What You Bring to the Role

• 2+years handling Philippine statutory remittances
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reconciliations
• Payroll, Rewards Administration, or HR Shared Services experience
• Employee escalation and government agency coordination experience
