Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a hybrid team in Manila, Philippines. You will oversee core payroll processes, ensure accuracy, and support tax calculations and payroll-related tasks across local systems.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel, and experience with major payroll platforms. You will report to the Payroll Manager and engage with benefits and tax teams as part of a global payroll function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, HR, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years PHL payroll experience; multi-country knowledge preferred.
• Payroll certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core payroll activities and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Handle semi-monthly payroll and termination pay calculations; collect signatures.
• Manage local payroll tax calculation and payments; handle payroll requests.
• Assist Benefits process and resolve discrepancies across systems.
• Prepare payroll data, respond to inquiries via email, ticket, or chat.

WhatYou'll beDoing

Looking to make a difference ensuring proper performance of core payroll activities? You'll oversee and ensure the performance of core payroll activities, help address any incidences through ticking tools, and test processes for system changes. You'll work on calculations for semi-monthly payroll paychecks and termination paychecks while collecting employee signatures for payroll receipts. You'll manage and oversee local payroll tax calculation-payment, upload/capture payroll requests, saving fund loans, local payroll tasks, act as the backup of Benefits process identifying of any kind of discrepancies.

You’ll report to Payroll Manager.

During a Typical Day,You'll

• Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
• Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll
• Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules
• Compile and calculate payroll data
• Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
• Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.
• Answers all customer's inquiries through various channels – email, ticket, chat communications
• Process final pay, maternity and sickness advances and prepare necessary documents
• Year- end processing /taxation

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years PHL payroll experience. Multi-country knowledge is preferred.
• Payroll certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with enterprise payroll systems (Oracle, ADP, SAP, the like)
• Advanced excel knowledge is preferred.
• Experience analyzing data across multiple systems.
• Exposure to automation, reporting, or workflow tools is preferred.
