Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Human Capital Services Specialist to support payroll, benefits, and HR operations in a hybrid Novaliches, Quezon City setting. You will ensure accurate data entry in Oracle, handle benefits questions, and backstop recruitment initiatives as needed.

You will collaborate with People and Culture teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and following regulatory requirements to ensure seamless payroll and benefits processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years handling Philippine statutory remittances.
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reconciliations.
• Payroll, Rewards Administration, or HR Shared Services experience.
• Employee escalation and government agency coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support People and Culture and talent acquisition teams with program implementation and employee records in Oracle.
• Answer benefit questions and assist employees with enrollment and participation in benefits programs.
• Report to the Senior Team Lead, Human Capital Services.
• Provide backup support for recruitment initiatives and stakeholder inquiries.

What You’ll Do

Have a passion for working on people-focused initiatives? Looking to support the People and Culture and talent acquisition teams in implementing programs? You’ll help ensure employee records, files, and documents are entered into Oracle systems accurately, answer benefit questions, and provide backup support for recruitment initiatives. You’ll answer questions about employee benefits and assist employees in finding the information they need to ensure proper enrollment and participation in benefits programs.

You’ll report to the Senior Team Lead, Human Capital Services.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• SSS contributions, loans, PRN and reconciliation
• PhilHealth premium administration and compliance
• Pag-IBIG contributions, MPL, MP2 programs
• Government regulatory compliance monitoring
• End-to-end statutory remittance processing

Payroll & Remittance Operations

• Payroll deduction validation
• Remittance file preparation and submission
• Retroactive adjustments management
• Outstanding balances resolution
• Overpayment and underpayment analysis

Reconciliation & Analytics

• Advanced Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Data reconciliation and balancing
• Exception management and root-cause analysis
• Audit trail maintenance
• Variance reporting and dashboarding

Regulatory & Compliance

• Audit support
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Compliance reporting
• Monitoring circulars and policy updates

Employee & Stakeholder Support

• Employee inquiry resolution
• Government agency coordination
• Escalation management
• Finance, Payroll, HRBP and Legal partnership

Process Improvement

• SOP creation
• Automation opportunities
• Continuous improvement projects

What You Bring to the Role

• 2++ years handling Philippine statutory remittances
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reconciliations
• Payroll, Rewards Administration, or HR Shared Services experience
• Employee escalation and government agency coordination experience
