You will administer HR programs, assist with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and leave management, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role requires handling HRIS maintenance, personnel actions, and records using ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint, with strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience including onboarding, leave admin, and benefits.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, and employment matters.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Coordinate onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and employment eligibility documentation.
• Administer leave programs and benefits enrollments; support Open Enrollment.
• Process personnel actions and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
