Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Operations, or related function.
• Working knowledge of US employment practices and compliance.
• Experience handling HR inquiries or service requests through case management or ticketing systems.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to identify process issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding HR and people-related concerns, inquiries, and requests.
• Provide accurate and timely guidance on employee-related processes and workplace policies.
• Support consistent application of people practices across the organization.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and appropriate escalation.
• Manage employee cases and requests through HR case management and ticketing systems.
• Review, document, track, and resolve cases within established processes and service expectations.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure follow-up through resolution.
• Identify recurring concerns or trends that may require process improvements.
• Apply knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements when handling employee matters.
• Maintain documentation and elevate complex matters when necessary.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for HR processes and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee-facing processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to process standardization and efficiency.
