VXI Global Holdings BV (Philippines) is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner Officer to act as a strategic advisor and partner to assigned business units, translating objectives into effective HR solutions and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role involves guiding leadership on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational change, while staying current on Philippine labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risks and drive engagement and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 2+ years in a strategic HR role.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into HR solutions and partner with leadership.
Advise on employee relations, performance management, talent development and compensation.
Investigate grievances and ensure fair application of policies.
Lead goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
Support recruitment with positive candidate experience.
Analyze HR metrics to guide decisions and improve retention.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and stay compliant with labor laws.
Develop and deliver training on HR topics.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement.
