Job summary

IIX Global in Manila, Philippines is seeking an AVP, HR & Business Partnering to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. You will serve as a strategic partner, employee champion and change agent, delivering HR targets in line with business imperatives.

You will lead talent acquisition, drive people strategies, and oversee onboarding while guiding organizational development and change management efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years combined experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership: act as trusted advisor to business units delivering people strategies and goals.
• Employee relations: ensure HR policies and programs are implemented; manage investigations as needed.
• Talent management: develop individual and team development plans; build talent bench and succession plans.
• Organizational development: identify and implement engagement initiatives and change management.
