hammerjack is seeking a People & Culture Officer to be the trusted first contact for employees and leaders, supporting onboarding, engagement, employee relations, performance, workforce changes, and reporting to create a positive and consistent employee experience.

Based in the Philippines, you will partner with the business to align people initiatives with objectives, maintain accurate people records, and use insights to drive improvements while upholding labor standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Relations, or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, workforce changes, employee engagement, performance management, and stakeholder partnership.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards and employee relations practices, supported by sound judgment, integrity, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using workforce data and HR analytics; exposure to BPO, offshore staffing, outsourcing, shared services, or another high-volume people environment is highly preferred.

• Be the trusted first point of contact for employees and business leaders, delivering timely People & Culture support across onboarding, engagement, employee relations, performance, workforce changes, and reporting.
• Partner with the business to build trusted stakeholder relationships and align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Support onboarding, conduct touchpoints, and ensure employees receive information, connection, and guidance they need.
• Maintain regular employee check-ins and support culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
• Handle workplace concerns and cases in line with Philippine labor standards, following through to resolution.
• Guide leaders and employees through performance concerns, employee movements, and workforce transitions with timely, accurate execution.
• Maintain accurate people records and use workforce insights to identify emerging concerns and recommend interventions.
