Job summary

VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES) is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner Officer to act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into HR solutions and cultivating an engaging work environment.

You will partner with leadership, support employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance, while driving recruitment collaboration and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
• Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and change.
• Investigate grievances, disciplinary issues, and compliance concerns.
• Facilitate performance management processes and development planning.
• Support recruitment efforts with Talent Acquisition.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve engagement.
• Champion culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Stay updated on labor laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop and deliver training on HR topics for employees and managers.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
