Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Learning and Engagement Manager to lead learning strategies, curriculum development, and communications across the People & Culture function. You will drive leadership development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, analyze needs, design programs, and deliver engaging experiences while measuring impact to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of combined experience in Learning and Development or related People & Culture roles.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs, employee communications, and engagement activities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating priorities into programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning needs analysis across functions using priorities and feedback.
• Design curricula and deliver learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Develop engaging content using various learning formats.
• Translate initiatives into clear, employee-friendly communications.
• Plan and deliver engagement events and Passion Community initiatives.
• Measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement across initiatives.
