Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Learning and Engagement Manager to drive learning strategy, needs analysis, and capability planning across the organization.

You will design curricula, develop and deliver programs for employees and managers, and apply adult learning principles aligned with FWD values.

The role also leads People and Culture communications, coordinates employee engagement activities, and measures outcomes to continuously improve impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of combined experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, HR Business Partnering, or related People & Culture roles.
• Strong experience designing and delivering learning programs, employee communications, engagement activities, and organization-wide initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating leadership priorities into practical employee-facing programs and messages.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy across functions using business priorities, employee feedback, performance insights, workforce plans, and stakeholder input.
• Identify capability gaps and prioritize learning needs aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver learning curricula for FWD Philippines and create engaging content using various delivery methods.
• Facilitate leadership, communication, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and soft-skills programs.
• Own People & Culture communications and translate initiatives into clear, employee-friendly messages.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and Passion Community initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve learning outcomes, communication clarity, and engagement impact.
