Job summary

BMG Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a strategic HR professional in Clark, Pampanga to support employee relations, labor management, performance management, people development, HR governance, and workforce planning.

You will provide fact-based HR advice to leadership and stakeholders in an onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, and experience with HRIS.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including Employee Relations, Labor Management and Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and DOLE regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven HR recommendations.
• Experience with workforce planning, attrition analysis, org development, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and labor cases with due process and proper documentation.
• Partner with clients, leadership, and stakeholders on HR actions and governance.
• Lead performance management processes including PIPs and annual reviews; coach managers.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and people development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, governance, reporting, and workforce planning.
