Job summary

BMG Outsourcing Inc. invites you to join a strategic HR role in Clark, Pampanga, onsite.

You will support employee relations, labor management, performance management, people development, HR governance, workforce planning, and business partnering while delivering fact-based HR guidance to leadership and stakeholders. The position requires 5–7 years in HR, a degree in HR/psychology/business, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations.

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on Employee Relations, Labor Management, and Performance Management experience.

Join BMG Outsourcing in a strategic HR role where you’ll support employee relations, labor management, performance management, people development, HR governance, workforce planning, and business partnering while providing fact-based HR advice to leadership and business stakeholders.

Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 65,000 – 80,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage employee relations and labor cases, including grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, NTEs, hearings, corrective actions, conflict resolution, employee relations escalations, and termination recommendations, ensuring due process, proper documentation, and consistent application of disciplinary decisions.
• Partner with the CAA, clients, leadership, and business stakeholders on people-related matters by reviewing client-requested employee actions, translating client concerns into appropriate HR actions, participating in client governance meetings, and providing fact-based recommendations based on policy, documentation, and risk.
• Lead performance management processes, including PIPs, Midpoint Check-ins, and Annual Performance Reviews; establish performance standards, coach managers on objective documentation, review performance cases, and ensure measurable and clearly communicated expectations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and people development initiatives, including engagement programs, leadership development, employee recognition, engagement surveys and action plans, and training needs analysis in coordination with the Engagement team/committee.
• Oversee HR operations, governance, and strategic people planning, including HR policies and procedures, personnel documentation, workforce reporting, compensation coordination, HR metrics and dashboards, audit readiness, confidentiality, data privacy, workforce planning, headcount forecasting, attrition analysis, recruitment partnership, organizational development, and management reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on Employee Relations, Labor Management, and Performance Management experience, including NTEs, investigations, hearings, PIPs, and performance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and DOLE regulations, with knowledge of HR operations, governance, policies, compliance, reporting, and data privacy.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to provide data-driven HR recommendations.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, attrition analysis, organizational development, and HR reporting and metrics.
• Strong advisory and risk management capabilities, including the confidence to guide and challenge business leaders when required.
• Preferred / Advantage: BPO or outsourcing environment experience; experience supporting Australian or international clients; experience with HRIS; relevant HR certifications.
• Technical Skills & Software: HRIS, Philippine Labor Law and DOLE regulations, Employee Relations / Labor Management, Performance Management, HR reporting and metrics, data privacy, and HR governance.
