BMG Outsourcing Inc. invites you to join a strategic HR role in Clark, Pampanga, onsite.

You will support employee relations, labor management, performance management, people development, HR governance, workforce planning, and business partnering while delivering fact-based HR guidance to leadership and stakeholders. The position requires 5–7 years in HR, a degree in HR/psychology/business, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on Employee Relations, Labor Management, and Performance Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee relations and labor cases with due process and proper documentation.
• Partner with clients and leadership on people-related matters and provide fact-based HR recommendations.
• Lead performance management processes including PIPs and annual reviews.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and people development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, governance, policy compliance, reporting, and workforce planning.
