Job summary
Delivery Hero is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join the People & Culture team. You will transform workforce data into insights supporting business decisions across global markets and partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to build scalable analytics products.
You will work with SQL, Python, Tableau, Workday, and cloud data platforms to deliver self-service reporting, workforce analytics, and automation that improve the employee experience and business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, BI, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL skills with large datasets, preferably BigQuery (GCP).
- Experience building dashboards and analytics products using Tableau or equivalent BI platforms.
- Experience using Python for reporting automation, data transformation, or analytics workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate requirements into solutions.
- Experience supporting HR/People in regional or global organizations desirable.
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern analytics technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reporting solutions, and data products with actionable workforce insights across the lifecycle.
- Design and maintain scalable SQL models and reporting pipelines transforming complex datasets into reliable insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency through analytics.
- Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Build self-service reporting solutions, Workday reports and workbooks, and Tableau visualizations for decision-making.
- Explore AI-enabled analytics capabilities to enhance value.
