Job summary

Baker McKenzie is seeking a People Analytics professional to lead analytics initiatives across the employee lifecycle in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes data storytelling, executive-ready insights, and scalable dashboards to influence talent and business decisions.

The candidate will partner with Talent Management, Recruitment, and other stakeholders, driving transformation through standards, governance, and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring data privacy and governance best

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in psychology, behavioral science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise in people research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpretation, and data storytelling to inform talent and business decisions across the employee lifecycle
Partner with various stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Lead and deliver people analytics projects from discovery to implementation using appropriate research methods and data gathering
Generate clear, actionable insights and communicate implications to both technical and non-technical audiences
Design and enhance standard people metrics, dashboards, and self-service reporting to improve stakeholder access and decision quality
Apply AI-enabled tools and automation responsibly to streamline analysis while maintaining data quality and governance
Collaborate with People Systems, Data Architects, Engineers, and technology partners to improve data integrity and reporting architecture
Support transformation of the People Reporting and Analytics function through operating model improvements and governance
Contribute to reporting standards, metric definitions, and data governance practices
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
