Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Lead, People Analytics Data & Reporting to champion trusted workforce data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI results across the organization. You will partner with People Partners, PeopleComms, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.

You will own reporting accuracy, governance, and the evolution of analytics tools, including Workday Reporting, Power BI, and Power Query.

Qualifications

Significant experience in People Analytics and workforce reporting.
Proven ability to translate business questions into reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and outputs.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and reporting best practices.
Advanced proficiency with Workday Reporting, Excel, Power BI, Power Query.

Responsibilities

Deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI results.
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and data outputs.
Partner with stakeholders to guide workforce data, reporting methodologies, and KPI definitions.
Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles while managing priorities.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance for reporting accuracy.
Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
