Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in research, analysis, and data storytelling to inform talent and business decisions across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and insight solutions.
• Lead analytics projects from discovery to implementation with structured data gathering and actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and reports to communicate implications to diverse audiences.
• Develop standard metrics and governance artefacts to improve consistency and self-service access.
