You will partner with People Partners, PeopleComms, and business stakeholders to ensure trusted data outputs and compliant reporting practices.

• Deep technical expertise in People Analytics, workforce reporting, HR data management.
• Translate business questions into meaningful reporting solutions and KPIs.
• Support recurring enterprise reporting cycles and executive reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI results.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and data outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on data, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles while managing priorities.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance for accuracy.
