Job summary

PDAX is seeking a People Analytics Intern to support the Talent Management team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to drive HR decisions. You will gain hands-on experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and the HR-Talent Management team to surface insights that support talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, HR, Business Administration or IT.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with interest in HR/organizational behavior.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau) and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Willing to work on-site for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and maintaining HR data from internal systems (HRIS, performance platforms, engagement surveys).
• Support the preparation of recurring HR dashboards, reports, and scorecards covering headcount, attrition, tenure and engagement scores.
• Help analyze workforce data trends and present findings clearly.
• Research people analytics best practices, benchmarks and HR trends.
• Support administration and analysis of employee surveys and pulse checks.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on ad hoc data requests and special projects.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR records and platforms.
• Document data processes, definitions, and reporting standards for internal reference.
