Internship Overview

• The People Analytics interns will serve as technical auditors of the Firm’s people data. This role is critical in transitioning the firm form ad-hoc data cleaning to a robust, proactive People Data Quality Audit system. The intern will apply statistical methods and programmatic validation to identify anomalies, quantify data health, and ensure that the “upstream” data feeding the firm’s people analytics models and products are accurate, consistent, and reliable.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this internship, the intern will be able to:

• Engineer automated quality checks. Develop scripts in Python or R or SQL queries to perform multi-dimensional data validation beyond the simple null-value checks.
• Quantify Data Reliability. Design a data quality scorecard using statistical weighting to communicate data health to non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply Data Profiling. Demonstrate proficiency in profiling large data sets to identify structural weakness, duplicate logic, and referential integrity issues.
