Job summary

GUS Education PH seeks an HR Analytics Specialist to turn people data into actionable insights across HRIS, reporting, and analytics. You will own data governance, ensure accuracy and privacy, and support systems like DeskTime while partnering with IT and People & Culture.

You’ll need 3+ years in People Operations or HR analytics, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel. The role offers remote-friendly processes and a path to influence workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, People Analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, employee data, and reporting.
• Strong to advanced Excel skills for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the POC for assigned People systems and HR tech.
• Maintain accurate employee information and ensure data governance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MI tools.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and People & Culture on system requirements.
• Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Uphold data privacy and confidentiality in all activities.
