Job summary

evoke is hiring a People Analytics Analyst to ensure accurate, timely data delivery and insightful workforce analytics. You will prepare and validate data from HR systems, build dashboards, and automate reporting while upholding data governance and quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with HR, People Analytics and Tech teams, handling confidential data and contributing to scalable analytics products and processes. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large datasets and validating data quality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Python for analytics.
• Understanding of data governance and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, integrate and validate people data from HR and related systems.
• Deliver recurring reports, dashboards and KPI outputs accurately and on time.
• Maintain analytics products, scripts, data feeds and automated processes.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes and support improvements.
• Contribute to data governance, standardisation and quality controls.
• Communicate findings, trends and data limitations clearly to stakeholders.
