Job summary

evoke is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to ensure accurate, timely delivery of people data, dashboards and automation. You’ll collaborate with HR, People Analytics and Technology to deliver reliable reporting, scalable analytics products and clear data insights.

The role emphasizes data governance, quality controls and stakeholder collaboration, with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large or complex datasets.
• Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Proficient in Python for data prep and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, integrate and validate people data from HR and related systems.
• Deliver assigned recurring reports, dashboards and KPI outputs accurately and on time.
• Maintain and improve analytics products, scripts, data feeds and automated processes.
• Investigate data and reporting issues, identify root causes and support improvements at source.
• Contribute to data governance, standardisation, documentation and quality controls.
• Provide descriptive analysis and communicate findings, trends and data limitations clearly.
• Manage approved access to sensitive reports and dashboards, handling confidential data appropriately.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and support practical data and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to People data, systems and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge to support continuity across the team.
