Job summary

EY is seeking a Data & Process Analyst to transform data from office technologies into actionable insights that optimize spaces and guide technology decisions. You will work with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, and leadership to deliver meaningful reports and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Understanding KPI development, data modeling, data quality, and performance measurement.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with process mapping methodologies including swim lanes and RACI models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from meeting room systems, occupancy, and other Intelligent Office sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support Product Management, Operations, Real Estate, and Facilities.
• Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using Power BI, Excel and related tools.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for workplace technologies and space utilization.
• Map and document future-state processes for deploying new products and tech releases.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate processes with stakeholders.
