Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS in the Philippines seeks a driven Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to support the Head of Emerging Channels & Partnerships in sales and marketing initiatives. You will promote the PhilCare brand, drive prepaid health plan sales, and help cultivate new partnerships.

You will manage campaigns, analyze results, ensure brand compliance, monitor e-commerce growth, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and report on dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in traditional and digital sales and marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, research, and market analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally for sales and partnership activities.

Responsibilities

• Support partnership expansion through presentations, promotions, and account management.
• Develop and execute sales, e-commerce, and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign implementation.
• Monitor e-commerce platforms, websites, and partner channels.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Review communications and oversee operational processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Coach team members and monitor renewal and sales performance.
