Job summary

BEMPU Health Pvt. Ltd. in the Philippines seeks an International Business Development Manager to expand our newborn tools worldwide.

You will build and manage partnerships with private hospital groups, CSR programs, distributors and retailers, from first contact to signed agreements and renewals. You will negotiate terms, coordinate with product, regulatory and clinical teams, travel internationally as needed, and represent the company at global health events.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in business development or international sales in medical devices or related health sectors.
• Experience taking a partnership from outreach to a signed commercial agreement.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial literacy.
• Experience across geographies/time zones with cultural fluency.
• Excellent written and spoken English; a second language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Global remit with ownership over partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open worldwide partnerships with private hospitals, CSR partners, distributors and retailers.
• Build a prioritized target list of organisations and funders active in newborn/maternal health.
• Own relationships end to end: outreach, pitching, contracting, onboarding and renewal.
• Negotiate distributor and reseller agreements, pricing, margins and territory.
• Develop white-label or co-branded opportunities where appropriate.
• Maintain partnership pipeline in CRM with clear stages and forecast dates.
• Coordinate with product, regulatory and clinical teams to align promises with delivery.
• Represent BEMPU at international trade shows and partner events.
