The role focuses on researching grant opportunities, establishing credibility with decision-makers, and maintaining partner databases while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, partnership development, appointment setting, or sales.
• Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with decision-makers.
• Comfortable outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research federal and state grants to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, nonprofits, and college access programs.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Generate and maintain databases of prospective partners.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Develop credibility through consultative, needs-based conversations.
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership development initiatives.
