Job summary

Oleo-Fats, Inc. (OFI) is seeking a PD Administration and Regulatory Services Head to lead regulatory compliance, quality management, and product safety across the organization.

You will establish and implement PD processes, manage databases and records, oversee material specifications, and represent the company in food safety committees. This role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy and at least five years in regulatory leadership within the food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years in regulatory/administrative/compliance leadership in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and periodically review PD processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manage PD databases, documents, and records.
• Oversee raw material specifications and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Lead training and development for the PD team.
• Manage team budget, performance, and project timelines.
• Represent the company in food safety and regulatory committees and fora.

About the role

The PD Administration and Regulatory Services Head establishes and implements PD business processes to ensure that product development objectives and customers' needs for safe, quality, and value-for-money products are met. The role manages the PD Admin and Regulatory Services team, ensures that the Company and its products comply with local and relevant international regulatory requirements, and acts as the Company's primary representative in food safety and regulatory-related committees and fora.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and periodically review PD business processes, guidelines, and procedures

• Manage and control PD databases, documents, and records

• Oversee raw material and ingredient specifications, qualification, and disposition of non-conforming materials

• Ensure compliance with local and relevant international regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and certifications

• Manage the PD team's training and development

• Manage team budget, performance, and project timelines

• Represent the Company in food safety and regulatory-related committees, events, and fora

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory, administrative, or compliance leadership role in the food technology or food safety industry

• Strong, up-to-date understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems

• Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external authorities

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for database development

• Proactive, highly detail-oriented, and committed to quality
