As a full-time leader, you will coordinate documentation, regulatory filings, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvements to quality systems, while guiding the team on compliance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the food technology or food safety industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve compliance issues.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative functions of the product development department, including document control, project scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all product development activities adhere to relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of product development projects.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, and reports to relevant authorities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in food technology and safety regulations, and implement necessary process improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to the product development team on compliance-related matters.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and quality management systems.
