Oak Drive Ventures, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Compliance & Product Development Associate to support regulatory filings and product development. You will manage FDA submissions, review labels, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready.
The role requires a chemistry or related science degree, 1–3 years of regulatory experience, and strong attention to detail. Philippines FDA processes expertise is a must.
We are looking for a Compliance & Product Development Associate to support our Business Development team in ensuring that our products meet Philippine regulatory requirements while assisting in the research and development of new products. This role combines regulatory compliance, product documentation, research, and product development support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with regulatory requirements and technical documentation.
Manage and monitor Philippine FDA regulatory filings and requirements for the company's product portfolio.
Assist with License to Operate applications and renewals, product registration/notification, variations, and other FDA submissions.
Process and monitor submissions through the FDA e-Portal and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
Review product labels, packaging, and marketing claims for compliance with applicable FDA requirements.
Support FDA inspections, audits, and regulatory correspondence.
Maintain complete and organized regulatory and product documentation, including product specifications, Certificates of Analysis, test reports, and manufacturer documents.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers to obtain required technical and regulatory documents.
Support product research and evaluation, including regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, formulation, packaging, and supplier documentation.
Conduct market and competitor research to support product development and business decisions.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready regulatory records and product files.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Food Technology, or a related science field.
1–3 years of experience in regulatory compliance with hands-on Philippine FDA filing experience.
Working knowledge of the Philippine FDA e-Portal, License to Operate applications/renewals, and product registration or notification.
Experience supporting FDA inspections or audits is required.
Experience with household/urban hazardous substances, cosmetics, or chemical products is strongly preferred.
Candidates with food or pharmaceutical regulatory experience may also be considered if their experience is transferable.
FDA Qualified Person qualification/registration is an advantage.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong documentation and records-management skills.
Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
