The Business Process Associate supports the optimization and execution of various business processes within the organization. You will report directly to the Sales Control and Business Process Head and work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze workflows, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and help achieve business goals.
What you'll do
Execute and document processes
- Execute day-to-day business processes according to established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Document process steps, workflows, and procedures accurately for reference and training
- Identify deviations or challenges in process execution and report them to supervisors
Analyze data and report
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, identifying trends and anomalies
- Contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements based on your analysis
Collaborate and communicate
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of processes
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address process-related inquiries and issues
- Provide input and feedback during process improvement discussions
Support process improvement
- Help identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to process improvement projects
- Participate in improvement initiatives by implementing changes and evaluating their impact
Learn and help others learn
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of business processes and updates
- Support the training of new team members by guiding them on process execution and best practices
Ensure compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct audits on processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Document, report, and promptly address issues or discrepancies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with diverse groups
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new concepts
- Plus: Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean)
