Responsibilities

• Process daily biometrics, leave applications, overtime, and shift adjustments; resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing
• Review and audit timekeeping logs, billing statements, and payroll computations submitted by manpower agencies for accurate client endorsement
• Calculate incentive payouts for delivery personnel based on trip logs, attendance, and performance metrics
• Compute regular pay, night diff, overtime, and leave balances; prepare final timekeeping summary reports per cutoff
