Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant focused on Timekeeping and Payroll Compliance. You will manage attendance records, review biometric data, and support payroll computations with high numerical accuracy.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and hands-on experience with attendance and payroll cutoffs. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR/BA and at least 2 years of timekeeping payroll experience, with excellent Excel or Google Sheets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of actual experience in employee timekeeping and payroll preparation/computation.
• Hands-on experience reviewing attendance logs and payroll cutoffs.
• Ability to perform payroll-related computations beyond data encoding.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE rules (overtime, holidays, rest days).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily attendance and timekeeping records across the company.
• Review biometric records, schedules, approved overtime, leaves, rest days, and holiday work.
• Prepare and validate attendance data before every payroll cutoff.
• Compute and verify payroll components such as overtime, night differential, and absences.
• Reconcile attendance and payroll data and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate missing punches, inconsistent logs, and schedule issues.
• Ensure approvals and documents are complete before payroll processing.
• Apply Philippine labor standards and DOLE rules to wage computations.
• Monitor tardiness, undertimes, absences and attendance violations.
• Prepare attendance notices and summaries for HR action.
