Responsibilities

• Process regular payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review and verify timekeeping, attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Assist with payroll-related tax, government, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
