Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, management, accounting or related fields.
• 3–5 years in customer service, benefits, payroll or HR roles.
• 2–3 years in SME, mentoring or supervisory roles.
• Ability to prioritize client issues and manage workflow.
• Proficient with PC applications.
• Payroll and benefits knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
• Effective time management, organization and planning.
