Job summary

Enshored Inc. Philippines is seeking a Payroll Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support to the Payroll Specialist, monitoring attendance, timekeeping, and payroll emails. You will also update tickets in Zendesk and help prepare payslips.

You have a Finance/Accounting or related degree and 1–4 years of payroll experience; familiarity with Workday and Sprout is a plus. Strong English communication and Excel skills are required in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or related business degree.
• 1–4 years experience in payroll or related functions.
• Experience with Workday and Sprout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and timekeeping records.
• Acknowledge and respond to payroll emails.
• Update and monitor Zendesk tickets.
• Endorse payroll disputes to the Payroll Specialist.
• Review time entries and remind employees with missing entries.
• Generate and distribute payslips and Form 2316.
• Prepare quitclaim documents and finalize payroll documents.
• Consolidate required documents for final pay processing.
