Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support, Payroll Support, HRIS Support, or Technical Support, preferably SaaS.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, statutory government contributions, taxes, and payroll compliance in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of payroll year-end tax computations is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and documentation.
