Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Payroll Specialist to provide quality payroll, benefits, and HR administration for our customers. You will examine payroll data, update systems, and ensure accuracy in computations and tax reporting across engagements.

You will collaborate with clients to resolve inquiries within SLA, maintain documentation, and support year-end activities. This role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of payroll outsourcing experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll components and calculations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation on salary income.

Responsibilities

• Review client payroll advice for completeness and upload data for processing.
• Check payroll reports against advice and client checklists before submission.
• Respond to client/employee queries within SLA.
• Process statutory claims in a timely manner.
• Assist in year-end tax reporting and generate tax forms.
• Maintain filing and SOPs for client payroll.
• Provide monthly MIS data for billing headcount reporting.
