• Client Support & Troubleshooting – Serve as the first point of contact for clients using ADP Workforce Now payroll and HR solutions. Address and resolve payroll processing, tax, compliance, and system-related issues. Guide clients in using Workforce Now functionalities such as payroll processing, reporting, benefits management, and employee self‑service. Troubleshoot system errors, login/access problems, and configuration issues. Maintain detailed case notes to ensure a seamless client support experience.
