Job summary

Creathink Solutions.Inc is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration. The role demands meticulous organization, confidentiality, and strong support for employees and management on payroll matters.

The candidate will handle accurate payroll processing, maintain records, manage timesheets and attendance, and ensure compliance with audits and statutory requirements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' payroll processing experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll administration principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-site payroll processing.
• ERP and payroll system experience.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Review attendance, timesheets, leave, and payroll adjustments.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and reports.
• Prepare payroll journals and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Respond to payroll enquiries from employees and management.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Ensure payroll data integrity and confidentiality.
