Job summary

BULLSEYE SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a Payroll Officer in Pasig to manage monthly payroll processing across multiple industries. You will handle attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2–3 years of payroll experience, with strong Excel and HRIS skills to ensure timely payroll processing and compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong experience in monthly payroll processing and salary computation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for monthly-rated employees across multiple industries.
• Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions.
• Compute monthly salaries, adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and other compensation.
• Process statutory deductions and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding tax).
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and related documents accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads on hires, resignations, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers.
• Review payroll calculations and reconcile discrepancies before payroll release.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries and deductions.
• Maintain updated payroll records and confidential employee data.
