The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/HR, 2–3 years payroll experience, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.
