Job summary

BOOSTERFOODS, INC. is seeking a payroll professional to support end-to-end payroll processing for employees in our Metro Manila operations. You will collect, review, and validate attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and leave data to ensure accurate salary computations.

The role requires 1–2 years of payroll experience, knowledge of Philippine regulations, and proficiency in Excel. Onsite work is required to meet payroll deadlines with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 1–2 years of payroll processing or related accounting/HR experience.
• Experience handling timekeeping, payroll computation, and statutory deductions.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and government-mandated contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Willing to work onsite and meet payroll processing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including collection, review, and validation of attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and within established deadlines, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, incentives, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax deductions and related reports.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and masterlists.
• Review payroll reports and conduct reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding attendance records, employee movements, and payroll adjustments.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee compensation and payroll information.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
