Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting is required.
• End-to-end ANZ region payroll processing experience is preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex payroll activities in compliance with procedures, strategies and methodologies.
• Lead and support compliance with legislative, award, and regional changes for accurate payroll.
• Develop and prepare reports, analyses and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on query resolutions and process exceptions.
• Lead projects, audit reviews, and documentation to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Monitor and improve processes to increase productivity and improve customer experience.
