Job summary

Aecom Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day ANZ payroll activities and support the payroll team with guidance and issue resolution. The role requires compliance with local regulations and accurate processing of salary, taxes, and leave management.

The successful candidate will work with a global team, leverage ADP GlobalView or similar payroll systems, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll activities in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing including salary disbursement, leaves, and reporting.
• Perform taxation, statutory obligations, and document management for payroll.
• Support in updating processes for legislative/award changes affecting payroll.
• Provide SME guidance and assist junior team members with complex cases.
• Assist with reports and complex data analysis for management.
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline operations and productivity.
• Maintain SOPs and update documentation as required.
• Collaborate with onshore Payroll Support Teams and respond to inquiries.
