Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid experience in processing ANZ region payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing and payroll systems (Oracle/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex payroll activities in compliance with local procedures and regulations.
• Handle taxation, legislative obligations, and document management for payroll.
• Lead and support updates to processes ensuring compliance with changes.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on query resolutions and exceptions.
• Develop reports and analyses for periodic and ad hoc needs.
