Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll.
• Compute salaries, overtime, leaves, and payroll adjustments.
• Reconcile government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding tax.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure timely payroll data submission.
• Prepare payroll reports for government compliance.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
