Job summary

FC Home Center is hiring on-site in Manila for a Payroll Administrator with 1–2 years of payroll experience. You will assist with payroll processing, data validation, overtime calculations, and government remittance reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and strong Excel skills. You will maintain payroll files, handle inquiries, and support month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Enter and validate employee data, time records, and payroll adjustments.
• Help compute overtime, holiday pay, and leave adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of government remittance reports (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR).
• Maintain payroll files and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in responding to employee payroll inquiries.
• Support the Payroll Officer in payroll reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibiliies:

• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll regulations, and mandatory government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information.
